One third of the world's coffee is grown in Brazil. These coffees have delicate acidity, bittersweet and chocolaty flavours, as well as medium to heavy body. Brazilian coffees are thus perfectly suited for espresso based beverages.

Ethiopian coffees tend to be grown at mid to very-high altitudes. This results in a hard bean type with a large spectrum and intense and complex flavours.
